We offer a range of PULTRUDED fibreglass gratings suited to industrial flooring applications. Our manufacturing methods ensure that all gratings are fabricated using strong epoxy resins. All are manufactured to meet the highest international standards. They are designed to meet ASTM standards and and also the requirements of AS1657 -1992 structural standard.
Affix with screws and glue. Indoor or outdoor.
Sold per metre and cut to size.

What is Reinforced Fibreglass Pultrusion?

Picture a precast reinforced concrete block, except the concrete is a tough plastic resin, the reinforcing bars are millions of tiny light weight, but strong, glass fibres. These structural elements have very high strength to weight ratios and are virtually unbreakable in most applications. They are completely unaffected by electrolytic corrosion, withstand chemical corrosion from a wide variety of corrosive liquids and gases, provide electrical insulation and are excellent thermal insulators.

Total Bin Supplies Pultruded Gratings are produced by taking the selected resin and reinforcing and pulling them through heated steel tooling which controls the resin content and cures the matrix to the desired geometrical shape. this enables repeatability and enables design criteria to be established in a similar way to traditional materials.

Cross rods are spaced at approx 222mm centers. We recommend 4 hold down clips per M2 this ensures a secure location to the support frame.

We also offer pultruded “I” beams –Channels – angles to be fabricated into walkway / platform with stairways and handrails for maintenance free structural applications, please call for our quotation. We recommend our non - slip grit topping for all out door and heavy traffic gratings.
